Buy a button press. For professional results and ease of production, buy a full button press. The price is quite affordable and your work will be much easier if you want to make hundreds of pins.
You can choose a cheaper hand-held tool, but the results will look cheap too.
In order to make the pin making process easier you can buy a paper cutter. Make sure the size matches your machine.
Get a metal casing. This case consists of discs, the back and the front in the form of clear plastic. Make sure the casing is in accordance with the press button and the size is the same as the pin that will be made.
Prepare the picture. Print and cut the desired pin image. Make sure the size is right with the pin and print on plain paper. Cut the picture neatly.
Place the back of the casing into the machine. Make sure the machine is in the ready position. Place the back of the nest in a circle, the back side of the pin is facing down and the line is horizontal
Place it on the molding pin. This disc must be placed in the next bowl and position facing down.
Put the picture. The image must face up and straight with the pin.
Place clear plastic. Put the plastic on top of the picture.
Press down. Press the lever until you hear a sound 'click'
Lift the lever. Change the machine to the second position.
Press the lever down again. Press firmly. This time, the 'click' sound may not be heard.
Your pin is ready. Lift the lever again and your button pin is complete. Maybe on the machine there is a loose button so that the pin is more easily removed from the nest.
